I chose Harriette's "Soleil" piece as my 3rd place winner because of her completely unique interpretation of my character. Her use of color, pattern, and design are spot on! The solid black hair really makes her darling face a focal point and eyes are simply captivating! Her costume makes her look sweet, but the tattoo suggest something edgier. Very well done Harriette! ♥
